Dear Manchester Wing Fan,

The last 18 months has bought all sorts of challenges and unfortunately the delay in the lifting of restrictions originally due on the June 21st has brought one more hurdle for us to get over before we can enjoy vast amounts of delicious wings.

The delay has meant the venue pushed back the line-up of a few of the events being held there.

Manchester Wing Fest has been moved to Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th September 2021 and is being held at First Street, South. The venue is currently known as Homeground. Please use the postcode M15 4FN as a point of reference. This is the same location as Wing Fest 2019.

All ticket holders will automatically be sent a new ticket on the 16th July 2021 by Design My Night (our ticket partner) for the new date.

To ensure your new ticket does not end up in your junk folder, please add ‘noreply@designmynight.com’ to your list of safe senders. This is the email address the replacement ticket will come from.

If you cannot make the new date, to request a refund, please email SUPPORT@DESIGNMYNIGHT.COM

Please include ‘Manchester Wing Fest Refund Request’ in the email subject line.

In the email, you will also need to include:

• Your purchase reference number
• The email address the booking was made with
• The number of tickets which need to be refunded

Refunds will be issued within 3 working days of being requested. Once issued, the funds will arrive in the bank account used to purchase the ticket within 3 – 6 working days.

The deadline for requesting a refund is the 15th July 2021.

To confirm, if you wish to keep your ticket for the new date, then you don’t need to do anything. A new ticket will be sent out automatically on the 16th July 2021.

Wing Fest is being held at First Street, South. The same location as 2019. The best way to get there is to head south on First Street, and you will be lead directly to the event. Look out for the Wing Fest way finders from First Street. The postcode for First Street is M15 4FN.

Tickets for 2021 Manchester Wing Fest will now go on sale on the 29th January 2021.
Roll over tickets, for those who purchased a 2020 ticket, have now been sent out. If you can not locate your tickets or have a query, please contact support@designmynight.com.
There is no parking at the event but there are several multi-storey carparks close by.
All wings cost £1, and will be sold in individual joints (1 drum = £1, 1 flat = £1)) to allow voters to try as many wings as possible from each of the contestants. We advise that you do not rely solely on card transactions and bring cash with you for this event.
Allergen information will be available from the traders on the day. Please be aware that no food and drink will be allowed to be brought into the event site except in limited circumstances on proven medical grounds. Water refill points will be available. At this stage we do not know which traders will be serving gluten free wings, information will be available on the day.
Some traders will be serving Halal wings, however this information will not be available until closer to the event, and potentially may not be available until the event day itself.
Children under 12 get in a free providing they have a free ticket and must be accompanied by a paying adult. There are a limited number of free child tickets available, once these have sold out we are unable to release any more. All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult. Infants in arms do not require a ticket.

By purchasing a ticket for a Wing Fest event and by entering the premises of the event site you consent to being filmed and photographed and that your image may be used for promotional purposes.

You will need to provide proof of your purchased ticket, and proof of receipt of DLA or PIP to qualify for a free disabled carer ticket. We do also accept doctors letters in some circumstances.
Spaces are limited, and all competitions are very popular. Ticket holders can sign up on the day. Announcements will be made from the main stage when the sign up is open.
This is a food event so unfortunately pets are not allowed.

This event is taking place outside and we hope for a sunny day but please prepare for any weather conditions that may be advised.
If you have purchased Early Bird tickets you are required to enter the event before 1pm, but you can stay all day!
Please read all FAQs carefully before purchasing, as tickets are non refundable, unless an event is cancelled.

If the event is cancelled due to Covid-19, you will have the option of a full refund or rolling your ticket over to 2022.
