Tickets go on sale on the Friday 26th January 2024.
If you have purchased a ticket for the 2024 event and think you have not received your ticket (check your junk), lost your ticket, wish to change or swap your ticket, or have any general ticket or payment queries please contact -support@designmynight.com.

Please note tickets can only be swapped if the ticket type you wish to swap to has availability. Any difference is price will have to be paid.

Ticket includes a Wing Fest signature trucker hat, all games, axe throwing, entertainment and live music.

Not at the venue but there is parking in the nearby area.
All wings are £1.25 and will be sold in individual joints to allow voters to try as many wings as possible from each of the traders.

1 drum joint = £1.25

Yes you can bring a bag into Wing Fest, but it will be searched on entry.
No food or drink can be brought into the event.
Refillable water bottles are allowed.
There will be free water points to fill up bottles at the event.
Allergen information will be available from the traders on the day. Please be aware that no food and drink will be allowed to be brought into the event site except in limited circumstances on proven medical grounds. Water refill points will be available. At this stage we do not know which traders will be serving gluten free wings, information will be available on the day.
Some traders will be serving Halal wings, however this information will not be available until closer to the event, and potentially may not be available until the event day itself.
Children under 12 get in a free providing they have a free ticket and must be accompanied by a paying adult. There are a limited number of free child tickets available, once these have sold out we are unable to release any more. All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult. Infants in arms do not require a ticket. Free child tickets do not apply to VIP.
By purchasing a ticket for a Wing Fest event and by entering the premises of the event site you consent to being filmed and photographed and that your image may be used for promotional purposes.
You will need to provide proof of your purchased ticket, and proof of receipt of DLA or PIP to qualify for a free disabled carer ticket. We do also accept doctors letters in some circumstances. The names must match on all documents and tickets. Please note, these tickets are intended for those that genuinely require a carer. Please send to requests for carer tickets along with required proof to wings@wingfest.co.uk.
Spaces are limited, and all competitions are very popular. Ticket holders can sign up on the day. Announcements will be made from the main stage when the sign up is open.
This is a food event so unfortunately pets are not allowed.

This event is taking place both inside and outside and we hope for a sunny day but please prepare for any weather conditions that may be advised.
Friday evening entry time is from 5pm to 9.30pm. The session ends at 11pm. Over 18s only.

Saturday afternoon entry time is from 11:30am to 3pm. The session ends at 4pm.

We can not guarantee there will be a vegan or vegetarian trader.
Please read all FAQs carefully before purchasing, as tickets are non refundable, unless an event is cancelled.

If the event is cancelled due to Covid-19, you will have the option of a full refund or rolling your ticket over to 2023.
